Inea Consulting Ltd. signed sale mandate for 19.5 MW solar projects portfolio in Turkey

Inea Consulting Ltd. a leading provider of renewable energy advisory services, today announced that sale mandate has been signed between the company and the owners of 19.5 MW solar project portfolio in Turkey. All the projects are from unlicensed market segment. According to the terms of the agreement, Inea Consulting Ltd. has rights to present these solar projects to qualified investors and to negotiate main parameters of further eventual transactions. 

The mission of Inea Consulting Ltd. is to render prime investment and engineering advisory services to regionally and internationally operating clients in the fields of clean tech investments, mergers and acquisitions, business development and project finance. Inea Consulting's focus is particularly on the emerging markets in the Central Eastern and South Eastern Europe, CIS countries, MENA countries and LATAM countries.
