Развитие на проекти за ветроенергийни паркове в страните от ОНД

Geographically, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) have abundant wind resource potential and are suitable for the production of wind energy throughout the whole year, according to the Renewable Market Watch™. The wind resource potential on the CIS countries territory is considerable in Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine and Turkmenistan. There are a lot of sites in CIS countries where mean annual wind speed at 80 m. is exceeding 7 m/s, whilst at some places reaches 8 – 10 m/s.
The inevitable wind power expansion in CIS countries will probably create some challenges and risks: From the connection point of view, there will be grid connection constraints due to the aged electricity grid network that will need more detailed and precise planning and management. From the investment point of view, developers will want to be secured regarding feed-in tariff prices and that license bid prices (in some of the countries) do not become uncompetitive when the competition in the sector emerge.
Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas Wind Systems will deliver and commission the wind turbines for a 41-MW wind project in southern Ukraine in the third quarter of 2017. Vindkraft Tavriya LLC purchased 12 units of the 3.45 MW turbines for the Novotroitsk wind park in the village of Overyanivka in Kherson Oblast.
The first 45 MW wind power station was put into operation in Yerementau district in Kazakhstan under the Industrialization Map. In 2015 it generated 78.9 GWh, in 2016 up to 141.6 GWh (17% of the total energy output of the region) and 166.4 GWh in 2017. Construction of the wind farm with a capacity to generate 100 MW has started in Arshaly district. The project consisting of 30 wind-powered generators is worth KZT 82.5 bln. Realization of such projects will let the region double the renewable share by 2021.
Renewable Market Watch™ published the new report Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Wind Power Market Outlook 2017÷2026.
